A 36 sqm one-bedroom condominium in Alabang, designed for a young doctor specializing in neurology. Chosen for its proximity to the hospital where he works, the unit was envisioned as a place to recharge—somewhere he can rest after long shifts and take quiet breaks during the day.

The main challenge was the open layout, which lacked any division between living and sleeping areas. The client wanted a fully separate sleeping space without compromising the unit’s natural light and window view. This was addressed by introducing a sliding glass partition, paired with curtains for added privacy when needed. Storage was another priority, resolved through custom-built cabinetry tailored to the space, maximizing functionality without overwhelming the compact layout.
