An 80 sqm, two-storey apartment in Las Piñas City, featuring three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The project focused primarily on interior styling, as the unit serves as a model home designed to showcase the potential of adjacent units to prospective buyers.

The challenge was to create a space that would appeal to families and help visitors envision themselves living in the home. Each bedroom was given its own character, complete with custom wardrobe layouts and carefully selected furniture pieces that demonstrate how the spaces can be used. Neutral tones were used throughout the main areas, while subtle pops of color and playful accents were introduced in the smaller bedrooms to suggest spaces suitable for children or teenagers.
