A 100 sqm ground floor renovation in Las Piñas, designed for a young family with three kids. The scope covered the living, dining, kitchen, and entertainment areas, with the goal of creating a more functional and cohesive home inspired by Mediterranean interiors—anchored by a striking blue palette reminiscent of Greece.

One of the starting points was the existing blue main door, which guided the overall color direction. Through careful selection of paint swatches, the right shade of blue was introduced and carried throughout the space to tie everything together. The kitchen was fully reworked to improve functionality, with a new layout, added storage, and an updated window to allow for more overhead cabinetry. A more efficient island with built-in outlets also doubles as a breakfast nook for the kids.

In the living and dining areas, the layout was opened up to improve flow, paired with a larger dining table to accommodate the whole family. A custom TV enclosure with sliding panels allows the screen to be hidden when not in use. The living area features a generous sectional sofa and easy-to-maintain finishes suited for everyday family life.

The entertainment area was designed as a cozy zone with built-in shelving for family photos and a dedicated space to relax together. Overall, the renovation brings better flow, improved functionality, and a cohesive look—creating a home that supports both daily routines and family moments.
