A 240 sqm contemporary tropical home with interiors that evoke the feeling of a luxury resort in Cavite designed for a family of two siblings—both doctors—and their retired parents. The home was designed as a place to unwind, gather, and host, with a layout that supports both everyday living and entertaining.

The concept draws from a Bali-inspired, resort-like feel, paired with smart home features integrated throughout—from lighting to automated curtains. Natural textures like rattan, woven rugs, and indoor plants bring warmth to the space, complemented by neutral upholstery and soft, earthy tones.

A dedicated home gym was also incorporated, reflecting the siblings’ active lifestyle. Overall, the design balances a relaxed, tropical atmosphere with modern functionality, creating a home that feels both restful and well-equipped.
